The knitting division has both Open-Width and Tubular Machines of Mayer and CIE from Germany, and Pai Lung from Taiwan.
DYEING
Our In-Housed Processing Unit, which was established in 2000. An OEKO TEX STANDARD, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) approved processing unit with individual RO plant. Capacity 12 Tons/Day.

FINISHING

PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY
PLACEMENT PRINT, SUBLIMATION PRINT
We can do special type of prints like sublimation print, MHM photo print, discharge print and etc. All special types of embroidery like chenly embroidery, embossed embroidery, etc.
GARMENTING
The garments are manufactured in most sophisticated machines using the latest state of the technology in our INHOUSED PRODUCTION UNIT.Ourwide range of machineries includes. JUKI,PEGASUS. Our Production is the key for success which keeps us growing in this competitive industry.Our production unit is supported by 100 sewing machines. A separate squad is appointed to minor the quality of fabrics as soon as the fabric is in housed.
PROCESSING
High quality processing unit with sophisticated machines with proper effluent treatment plants.
Ensuring colors matched to the shade with the upper limit light source.
Fastness — international standards as to washing, rubbing (wet & dry) and to Light.
Need based finished & shrinkage controls.
Maintenance required grammage square meter and fabric orientation and dimension.
PATTERN
Precise pattern making. Standardized procedure to project & access the number of garments expected out. Inspection though fabric before entering productivity.
Style wise viewing line for maximum productivity. Standardized format for measurement quality checking & reporting every 4 hours and action taken immediately.
SEWING
On-line transparent report of hourly production by the line supervisor. Through on-line supervision with reference to each aspect of sewing.
Finally finished garments are checked through checking supervisors Checkers. Day to day reporting of full finished packing details.
TEAM SPIRIT
Trained programmer for new recruits: on-line. Meeting held for pre-planning the next schedule. We have small well knit organization with independent. Charges and authorities. We have confident in team spirit.
